Nanshozan Natural Park, the symbol of the town of Yahaba, lies at the foot of Mt. Nanshozan. Its rich colors throughout the year, ranging from fresh green growth in the spring to red autumn splendor, contribute to the natural richness of this park. Within the park is Yahaba hot spring, which serves as a center for the well-being of the residents, as well as a meeting place to interact with others.
Visitors can also enjoy the extensive recreational facilities located close to the hot spring, such as the indoor pool and mallet golf. The Mizube no Sato walking trail is a delight for both children and adults alike.
Main tourist hot spots include the Nusakake falls, Mt. Nashozan, Mizube no Sato, Mt. Jonai Observation Deck, and the pines lining the Old Inari Highway.
